He responded and advised us that the security guards can use their own discretion when carding people. We explained that we felt that he was being profiled. The supervisor came who asked what the issue was. We decided to obtain the name of the guard and requested a supervisor. We both clearly saw many people who looked under 30, but instead of stopping them he chose to profile and stop my husband. We sat down and discussed what just happened. After he took his ID we went to go sit down and play. My husband is close to 50 years old he doesn't look his age but he certainly does not look under 30. I walk over, and we ask why they needed his ID, he said oh well umm you look under 30, because you are wearing a hat. I then see my husband looking very uncomfortable. I was sitting, and I looked back to see what was taking so long.
After he pulled out the money the security guard (his name was Eric) asked him for his ID. There were several people coming and going. My husband went to the ATM area next to the buffet. My husband and I were waiting for the Steelworks buffet to open around 4:30, we decided we would play while we wait.
After, the disheartening incident that occurred yesterday we will never ever return. My husband and I have been coming here for years.
